About these terms

These terms govern your use of SponsorMonster, published by Sico Software Ltd ("we", "us", "Sico Software"), a company registered in Scotland. By creating an account you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What SponsorMonster does

SponsorMonster generates an AI rate card and media kit from your YouTube channel data and lists you in a brand-discovery network. It is an information, pricing-guidance, and discovery tool.

It is not a talent agency, manager, or brokerage, and is not party to any deal between you and a brand. Rate-card figures are AI-generated estimates for guidance only — not an offer, valuation, or guarantee of any sponsorship, rate, or income.

We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or continued availability of the service.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to use SponsorMonster. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not use SponsorMonster to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or subscription restrictions
• Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation
• Transmit malicious code or interfere with the service's operation
• Connect a YouTube channel you do not own or control
• Misrepresent your channel statistics, audience, or identity to brands

AI-generated content

Outputs generated by AI within SponsorMonster are provided for informational purposes only. They are not professional advice of any kind. Always apply your own judgement before making decisions based on AI-generated content. Sico Software accepts no liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs.

Brand-discovery network & media-kit links

Listing in the brand-discovery network is opt-in and shares your creator profile (channel name, niche, public stats, rate-card summary, media-kit link) with brands searching the index. We do not vet brands and are not responsible for any outreach, offer, or deal that results. Public media-kit links are accessible to anyone holding the link — share them only with intended recipients.

Intellectual property

SponsorMonster's software, design, and interface are owned by Sico Software Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you upload. You grant Sico Software a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Scots law, Sico Software's total liability for any claim arising from use of SponsorMonster is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or £100. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or economic loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing privacy@sico.software. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. On termination, your data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
